The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill No. 2800 –  A Bill to amend and reenact §29B-1-4 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to adding the personal  information and personal information of certain family members of employees of public bodies to the list of exemptions from public records requests; and defining terms.
